Let the good times roll

This is a picture of Paul Nielsen, one of our new members, with the large crappie he caught on Lake Nimrod. This was an organized Baitcaster’s fishing outing on June 1, 2023. There were three boaters all with newer members having a great time. All the boats caught crappies. Paul and Leonard caught close to 50 crappies and keep 36. Bob and Wayne caught 40 plus and cleaned about 20. Everyone had a wonderful day of fishing.

Pat Shade was awarded the Volunteer of the Year award at the July 26, 2023 meeting, for his service to Baticasters and the Village lakes.
